JUNE JULY AEP Local Chapters Summit All AEP Chapter and State Board Members are encouraged to participate in the 2006 AEP Chapter Summit. The AEP State Board is pleased to host the Summit and will provide round-trip travel and accommodations at the Marriott Renaissance Club Sport on Friday night.
Please mark your calendars and RSVP concerning Summit attendance to Lynne Bynder, Meetings Xceptional, lbynder@meetingsxceptional.com as soon as possible and no later than July 1, 2006.
Attendees should book hotel reservations directly with the Marriott Renaissance Club online or by phone.
State Board members should also RSVP with Lynne for the State Board meeting on Sunday, August 6, and book an additional hotel night with the hotel, if desired.
