AEP Website and Environmental Monitor Advertising

GENERAL INFORMATION

• AEP Website job ads will run for 30 days and are available on the Web within 48 hours of submission.
  
• Website ads may be extended an additional 10 days for $20.00.
  

• Billing information with a contact name MUST be provided with each ad.

• Invoices for job and/or Web site ads will be mailed AFTER publication.

• The Environmental Monitor is published four times a year.

• Annual subscriptions to the Environmental Monitor are available for $40.00.

• All camera-ready art becomes the property of Environmental Monitor. If submitted art is not to specifications, advertiser will be charged for graphic production adjustments. This applies to both display ads and calling card advertisers.

• Environmental Monitor annual subscriptions are available for $40.00.

• Job ads must keep advertised position open until the tenth day of the month for which the newsletter is published.

• Minimum 50-word ad.
